Helpston Village Green

The annual Litter Pick will start on the village green by the Clare Memorial at 9.30 am.Volunteers will be very welcome and asked to meet at 9.30 am. As usual you will be provided with litter picking tools, plastic sacks and safety gloves/Hi-vis vests, but if you have your own please do bring them.Boots or wellies are recommended, particularly if it has rained in the days leading up to the Saturday.

If you are new to the village, try teaming up with an old hand. It is a very good way of learning about the village and its landscape, and making new friends.

Councillor Alex Driver is organising this event. There will be a small gathering afterwards with refreshments.
